Counsellor Chr. Paul Scheel built the Hotel Scheelsminde, in 1808. Formally an attractive manor the hotel has, over the years undergone renovation and restoration. Extended and restored the hotel still retains its original beauty, with tasteful and modern furnishings. A modern hotel with ties to the past the Hotel Scheelsminde offers guests ninety-eight en-suite guestrooms with modern amenities, an international panorama restaurant - with panoramic views of the sprawling park and is centrally located. Positioned near E45 highway this hotel is the logical place to lodge while visiting Aalborg. The road divides – take the left road (route 180) toward Aalborg V/Hasseris. Turn right at the first traffic light and then right at the first side road, which is Scheelsmindevej. Aged 0-3 are free of charge in the parents bed. A baby bed costs 75 dkr. per day. An extra bed is 150 dkr. per day. We have free parking in our court yard. The reservation is held until 6. PM.
